We rent our two-bedroom apartment with Air Conditioning located in the Santo Spirito - Oltrarno neighborhood (city center of Florence). The apartment consists of two bright and spacious double bedrooms fully furnished, each room has a king-size bed (180x 200 cm), a large wardrobe for organizing your clothes over long your stay, a desk, a private balcony, and Air Conditioning. The apartment can host two, three or four people.
The apartment has independent heating and offers one common spacious wall closet in the hallway, a full bathroom with a window, shower, and washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a small seating area. It's located in Via del Campuccio with a view on Giardino Torrigiani, second floor (2 story height above ground), totally renewed and furnished, really well lit, airy and quiet.
We have three apartments in the same building, all the apartments host girls international students from different schools and countries.
The apartment is at five minutes walk from Piazza Pitti, ten minutes from the Duomo, 12 minutes walking from Polimoda and 10 minutes walking from FIDI, 14 minutes walking from Instituto Marangoni.
The kitchen is fully equipped with supplies and utensils and it's facing the amazing private park Giardino Torrigiani; it's equipped with fridge, washing machine, electric oven, four burner gas stove, microwave, ironing set, vacuum, house linens, high speed WIFI connection with FIBRA, indipendent heating. It has a huge closet wardrobe in the hallway.
My parents are the owners so you won't pay any agency fee, in fact we take care personally of the regular registration of the contract.
The Oltrarno area is the most "florentine" and green of the historical center where the real old and new florentines live, shop, eat and have fun. Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti with the Boboli Garden, the beautiful, alive Piazza Santo Spirito are some of the historical attractions of this part of Florence full of little streets with real artisans working in workshops, open markets, cafes, nifty shops, flea and farmers markets and antique stores, art galleries, real typical restaurants and wine-bars (trattorie e enoteche). Here you can find also little shops for any of your needs just walking around and living like a real florentine does.
